8. COACHING PROGRAM TERMS
If accepted into our coaching program, you will be subject to additional terms and a separate coaching agreement. Payment is required before program access is granted. Coaching programs are non-refundable once the first session has been completed, except as outlined in our refund policy.
9. COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP
If you join our Whop community as an alternative to coaching, you agree to abide by community guidelines and platform rules. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
10. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge and agree that your participation in our coaching program, community, or any related services is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. By participating, you voluntarily waive and release any and all claims against Razigbnb and Growth Operating related to your experience with our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Razigbnb, Growth Operating, and their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and contractors from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
